Our company offers welding works of any configuration and complexity. Rich experience in welding construction and also in welding jigs and fixtures realization. We issue all necessary  documentation about checking of weld bead by NDT.

Process and control of welding works are made by certified welding engineer and technician.

During manufacturing of trial samples, prototypes, welding jigs, and for manufacturing of non-standard pieces,  we use a highly precise welding table Demmeler of size 2000 mm х 4000 mm.

Welding is made with high class welding equipment - FRONIUS.

Welding of the following materials is possible:

• Steel (carbon steel, alloyed, high strength)
• Cast iron
• Aluminum

For welding the following processes are used:

Welding MMA (Manual Metal Arc)

MMA - manual metal arc welding with an electrode coated in flux to lay the weld. It is used for welding of carbon steel and stainless steel. Carbon steel can be welded using alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC), stainless steel - using only direct current. 

Welding TIG

TIG - manual arc welding with a non-consumable tungsten electrode under protective atmosphere of inert shielding gas (argon). Process TIG on direct current (TIG-DC) is used for steel, process TIG on alternating current (TIG-AC)  for aluminum.

Welding MIG/MAG

MIG/MAG - semi-automatic welding by electrode wire under protective gas - inert (argon) or active (carbon gas). It is used for welding steel (including stainless steel) and aluminum alloys.
